This delicate and deliciously crafted gin is a symphony of fifteen hand-selected ingredients including myrcene, an aromatic and herbaceous terpene found in many varieties of hemp. Small batch distilled in Victoria, this “New World” botanical expression synchronises elements of juniper, orris and angelica with floral and herbaceous tones of rosemary, sage and lavender, all delicately balanced under a soft aura of myrcene.

30ml The Canna Co Myrcene Hemp Gin
90ml Fever Tree Tonic Water
Cubed Ice
Garnish: Fresh Rosemary/ Lemon wedge
Fill glass with ice and add gin followed by 90mls of premium tonic water. Squeeze in and add a lemon wedge or garnish with a fresh sprig of rosemary.

2 teaspoons of castor sugar
25ml freshly squeezed lemon juice
100ml chilled soda water
Lemon wheel
Add Lemon juice and castor sugar into a tall glass and stir to dissolve. Add ice and gin into and top with soda. Lightly stir and garnish with a lemon wheel or lemon wedge.
