This premium Navy Strength New World gin is batch distilled with fourteen hand-selected botanicals, including β-Caryophyllene a spicy, savoury terpene found in numerous strains of hemp. Rich in cardamom, cinnamon, grapefruit and β-caryophyllene, the High Seas boasts an arrangement of flavours that create welcoming notes of spiced nutmeg, sweet ginger and heady grapefruit.
Copper pot distilled and bottled at 58% ABV, this premium gin has full bodied characteristics and a pleasantly warming mouthfeel.

90ml Fever Tree Tonic Water
Cubed Ice
Garnish: Pink Grapefruit Wedge
Fill glass with ice, add gin and 90mls of premium tonic water. Without squeezing, add a sliced wedge of pink grapefruit into the glass.

30ml Dry Vermouth, such as Martini Riserva Ambrato
Add ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice and shake for 8 seconds
Or
Add ingredients into a glass with fresh ice and stir down for 10 seconds
Strain and pour chilled liquid into a pre-chilled martini glass and garnish with a thin slice of lemon rind.
